The Healing Power of Yoga



A happy life starts with simple yoga movements
               

 When I was still 22 years old, I had a traumatic tragedy. It was actually not happening to myself. It happened to my best friend whose name was Raditia.  That tragedy affected me greatly. Even though he was still young, but his body was so big. he was very fat and heavy. He ate plenty but didn't want to take exercises. I always persuaded him to go jogging with me, but his obvious answer was no. Even if he always rejected my invitation for jogging, but we still respected one another. Our friendship's still going well as usual.  One day, I didn't see him attending the class. I then went to his house to see him. Unfortunately, I did find him there. In the following day, I received news from her sister that my best friend was in the hospital. He got a very serious illness. He had diabetes and high blood pressures. It was unbelievable. After two weeks, he got better. His sister asked him to do yoga.


                Her sister Patricia is a professional yoga teacher in Gold Coast. Patricia has been working in Chameleon new Age Salon for several years.  As the best salon in, yoga Gold Coast always give the best services for the clients. She has mastered several yoga classes. According to her testimonies, she was once having a serious sickness also. Since she knew yoga, she then started to dedicate herself to do yoga regularly. She said that yoga has changed her life. Yoga means a lot to her. That's why she enthusiastically encourage people to yoga. She is willing to teach and guide people. Looking at her brother's situation, she strongly encourages and even forces my friend to have yoga classes practiced.


Making your body flexible with yoga classes

                With the support of his family and friends, he then decided to follow what his sister told him to do. Unexpectedly he also wanted me to join him practicing yoga classes. Luckily, we had a vacation by that time, and so I happily accepted his request. We then went to do yoga on the Gold coast. We were speechless when we arrived in Chameleon New Age Salon. There were so many people there. I realized that people in the Gold Coast have been aware of the importance of having yoga practices. It was quite difficult for beginners like us to learn the basic gestures and movements of the best yoga classes in Gold Coast. We had no choice but to do it. We don't want my friend's experience to happen again. I personally want to live a happy life with a healthy body, mind, and soul. Patricia, the sister of my best friend taught us several yoga classes such as hatha yoga. Purna yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, and gentle flow.


                After some months, I can master several yoga classes already. My friend was able to lessen his obesity. He is no longer a fat boy. He is now becoming a tough boy. He has a very good-looking body. Since then I and my friend do yoga classes frequently. We even help Patricia to teach and guide people to do yoga in the Gold Coast.

Yoga Keeps Our Body Healthier

There are various ways to keep our body and mind fresh and healthy. In order to keep their body healthy, some people try to attain by maintaining dietary and fitness. Some people also do yoga classes in order to keep their body fresh and flexible. I think all are important.  It depends on each one of us, which way we prefer to do. Personally, I choose to do yoga classes regularly. I will share a little information about my experience of having yoga exercises frequently.


I had a negative impression when I was introduced yoga for the first time. I thought that it was something for fun. It was useless for me. I was about to give up. When I first heard about yoga I thought it was just about stretching. Good that my teacher whose name is Fiona always persuaded me to continue what I have done. I then decided to continue. Then I finally tried it out.    When I began to master the movements and techniques of several yoga classes in Gold Coast, I started to realize and experience its usefulness. My teacher Fiona was so patient in training and guiding me until I memorize and master the movements of some yoga classes. She was really excellent at hatha yoga. My teacher taught me several yoga classes, such as hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Purna Yoga.


    Indeed, yoga is so amazing in terms of stretching the muscles but it also helps with balance, strength, and learning to calm the mind when the body is struggling. I still remember very well when I was sweating trying to hold the poses while hoping the instructor would tell me to release soon, but in fact, it didn't happen as I expected. Yoga is very challenging but it is also extremely therapeutic and healing. I found out there is much more to yoga than just about stretching.


Yoga beautifies body

    I really like to do yoga. Among the four yoga classes that I learned, I prefer to do Hatha Yoga. I will tell you some important information about Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga has to do more with the physical practice of yoga.  This may include any poses that involve reaching, bending, twisting, balancing or squeezing. This physical practice also including breathing and meditating.  

    Hatha Yoga also has various benefits for our health. The purposes of practicing yoga gold coast are to create peace, tranquillity, and stillness in mind. Literally, it strives to bring out all the negative emotions, stress, and depressions so that we can focus on meditation. The poses also can create a balance to your energy channels and offer physical alignment to both in terms of strength and flexibility.
