All of that is not enough to make our health truly guaranteed, because the environment and situation can also threaten our body's health.

Environment that threatens health like bad air, pollution, dirty, Weather and humid. Long Distance Relationships can also threaten your health. Feeling longing and deep concern for the couple, get rid of the feeling of worry by trusting each other and building communication well. Make a schedule of when you will meet, to make you always together and getting unbored.

Breakup, those of you who have just ended a love affair must feel pain, sadness and angry at the same time. This can make you crazy, especially if the ex has got a new lover, look for new activities and prove your hobby if you can be happier than the ex. Expand the time to gather with friends and family, to make you realize if there are still many people who love you more than your ex.

The environment plays an important role for our health, make sure the environment you care for is clean. Dispose of Trash in its place and invite your neighbors to maintain cleanliness, because if neighbors do not maintain cleanliness it can affect your area because you live side by side.
