Health is a priority for every human in the world. Sometimes even though we have made a healthy lifestyle, the body can still be attacked by all health risks. Like fatigue, pain, depression and disease. This is evidence that a healthy lifestyle is diligent in exercising, drinking lots of water, getting enough rest and consuming nutritious foods. All of that is not enough to make our health truly guaranteed, because the environment and situation can also threaten our body's health.
Things that threaten our health like the situation and
environment. Situations that can threaten our health are depression, feelings,
busyness, anxiety and emotions within. Environment that threatens health like
bad air, pollution, dirty, Weather and humid. All of this can attack and be at
risk for our health, so besides living a healthy lifestyle you also have to pay
attention to all these problems.

threatening situation usually originates from outside such as environment and

If you have work that is piling up, you have to think clearly and be sure if you can finish it. Build friendships in your work well, so you can work together and help each other work. So, there is no more work piling up and overtime, you can go home on schedule and get enough rest that is calm and quality without thinking about work.
Long Distance Relationships can also threaten your
health. Feeling longing and deep concern for the couple, get rid of the feeling
of worry by trusting each other and building communication well. Make a
schedule of when you will meet, to make you always together and getting
unbored.
Breakup, those of you who have just ended a love
affair must feel pain, sadness and angry at the same time. This can make you
crazy, especially if the ex has got a new lover, look for new activities and prove
your hobby if you can be happier than the ex. Expand the time to gather with
friends and family, to make you realize if there are still many people who love
you more than your ex.

The environment plays an important role for our
health, make sure the environment you care for is clean. Dispose of Trash in
its place and invite your neighbors to maintain cleanliness, because if
neighbors do not maintain cleanliness it can affect your area because you live
side by side.
Leave the yard to make a garden, because moist air can
make bacteria and germs nest in your home. Trees and plants such as green grass
and flowers can make your home area cooler because it produces good air. Only
is the house decorated with trees and flowers to looks prettier, the benefits
of caring for the garden are also good for health.
Bad weather can attack your health, so we must
regularly take vitamins and supplements. Always carry umbrellas and rainy
weather equipment every day, to anticipate because the weather is sometimes
difficult to predict. Often drink herbal drinks made from ginger and soak the
feet using warm water, when the rainy season comes.
